Ingredients
Margarine 125 gms Castor sugar 155 gms Peanut butter 60 gms Vanilla essence 1 ½ tsp Maida/ All purpose flour 155 gms Egg 1 Raw peanuts 100 gms Dark cooking chocolate 125 gms Method 1) Beat the margarine and sugar till light and creamy. Add the peanut butter and vanilla essence. 2) Add the egg and beat. Stir in the peanuts and chopped chocolate. Mix well to a soft dough. 3) Place 2 tsp of mix on a greased tray well apart from the other. 4) Bake for 15-20 minutes till done or lightly browned at 180 oc
