Ingredients White chocolate 110 gms /4 oz Whipping cream 1 cup Egg whites 2 Sugar 1 tbsp Method 1) Melt the chocolate. Let it cool a bit, then add 3 tbsps of cream to it. 2) Beat the egg whites till stiff. Fold the chocolate-cream mixture slowly into the beaten egg whites. 3) Whip the remaining cream with 1 tbsp sugar until soft peaks form. Fold it into the egg white-chocolate mixture. Put carefully into small bowls and chill for 3-4 hours. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
