Ingredients Bottlegourd/ Kokun Doodhi slices : 3 cups (small squares or grated) Sugar free : 4 measures or Sugar : 1/ 2 cup Cardamom Powder : 1/ 2 tsp Milk : 3 cups Salt : 1/4 tsp Method 1. Peel the Bottlegourd/ Kokundoodhi and cut into thin square shaped slices 2. Cook it in 1 cup water till they are bit soft over low heat 3. Add the sugar/sugar free and the milk and stir. Cook for 5 minutes. Put off the heat. 4. Check the consistency you want of the kheer. Add cardamom powder and salt and serve.
