Ingredients:
Unsalted butter 2 tbsps
Packed brown sugar 1/4 th cup
Plums 3
Cinnamon 1/4th tsp
Ripe but firm bananas 2
Nuts (cashewnuts/ almonds etc) 1/4th cup

Method:
1) Put two scoops in a ice cream bowl and keep in freezer.
2) Slice the plums & bananas thinly. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. First add the sugar and stir well till dissolved. Add plums and stir till softened for 2-3 mins. Add bananas and stir till softened, not too mashed. Spoon sauce over the ice cream. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
