WHITE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES



Ingredients
6 oz (170 gms appr) White chocolate
4 Oz (115 gms) Butter
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Castor sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
1 cup (125 gms) Flour
1/2 tsp Baking powder.
a pinch salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, cashewnuts etc)

Method
1) Preheat oven to 350 o F/180 o C
2) In a glass bowl, combine white chocolate pieces, sugar & butter. Heat in a microwave on high about 1 1/2 mins, or just melted & smooth when stirred.
3) With a hand blender, beat in eggs one by one & vanilla. Blend well.
4) Fold in flour (sieved with baking powder) & chopped nuts & stir untill well mixed.
5) Spread evenly in a buttered, foil lined 7- 11 inch baking pan. Bake 20-25 mins or untill golden brown. Do not overbake. Let cool. Cut into pieces.
