Ingredients Condensed Milk : 1 tin (400 gms) /14.11 ounces Vermicelli (Seviyan) : 50 gms/ 1.76 ounces Raisins : 4 tbsps Cashew nuts & Almonds (blanched) & chopped : 4 tbsps Milk : 1 cup Ghee / clarified butter : 2 tbsps Milk powder : 1 tsp (mixed in a little milk) Cardamom powder : 1 tsp Method 1. Fry the seviyan in ghee till slightly brown. 2. Add the milk and condensed milk and cook till vermicelli is soft and the porridge is of the right consistency. 3. Add nuts and raisins and cardamom powder. Mix and serve.
