Ingredients 8 ounces/227 gms butter 2 ounces/ 57 gms light brown sugar 2 ounces/57 gms granulated sugar 2 ounces/ 57 gms honey 10 ounces/283 gms all-purpose flour 3 ounces/ 85 gms whole-wheat flour 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon Method Cream together butter and sugars. Mix in honey. Stir in the flours, salt and cinnamon, and mix until just incorporated. Refrigerate dough for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 325 o F/ 170 o C. Divide dough equally and fill pie pans.
