LAYERED KIWI PUDDING

Ingredients
150 gms cream cheese spread
100 gms whipped cream
3- 4 Tbsps sugar
50 gms white chocolate
2 Tbsps gelatine
Method
1) Melt the white chocolate in a microwave. Let it cool & then add the cream cheese spread. Fold in the whipped cream.
2) Melt gelatine in some warm water. Let it cool. Add to the mix above & mix gently.
3) In individual serving bowls, first layer with kiwi slices. Then put some pudding mix. Then layer with kiwi slices again & repeat. Top with kiwi slices.
Refrigerate.
