Ingredients All purpose flour (maida) : 3/4 th cup Granulated sugar : 1 /2 cup Baking powder : 1 tsp Cinnamon : 1 tsp Salt : 1/4th tsp Milk : 1/2 cup Coarsely chopped Peeled apples : 1 1/2 cups Caramel Sauce : Packed brown sugar : 3/4 th cup Butter or margarine : 1/4 th cup Boiling water : 3/4 th cup Method : 1. In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients excluding the sauce ingredients. 2. Pour into a greased baking tin. 3. Mix sauce ingredients together until the sugar and butter are melted. 4. Pour the sauce over the pudding mixture. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 190 o C/ 375 o F. Serve warm topped with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
