Ingredients 1/2 cup honey 3 eggs beaten 2 cups heavy cream
Garnish Honey for drizzling Method 1) In a small saucepan or a double boiler, combine honey & eggs over low heat, whisking until the mixture is thick & bubbling. Remove from the heat & cool at room temperature. 2) In a large bowl, beat the cream until soft peaks form. Slowly beat in the the honey mixture, continue beating until well mixed & stiff peaks form. 3) Spoon into individual serving bowls or use a piping bag & star nozzle to pipe the mousse into individual serving bowls. Drizzle with honey. Serve chilled.
