Ingredients : Condensed Milk - 200gms/ 7 ounce Yogurt 1 cup Lime juice :1 tbsp Fresh Cream : 200 gms/ 7 ounce Gelatin : 4 tsps (dissolved in warm water) To make crust- 12-15 marie biscuits crushed 2-3 tbsps butter melted.
Method : 1) Take a pie dish to make the crust. Take a container put 4 tbsps of butter. Melt it. Grind 12-15 Marie biscuits in mixer. Add to the butter above. Then put it in a pie dish. Press the mix and keep in the refrigerator to cool for 10-15 mins. 2) Take condensed milk in a vessel. Add the yogurt and fresh cream. Beat it. Add the melted Gelatin and lime juice. Beat it well. Put some yellow colour. Mix. Put it over the pie. (7 1/2 inch) Refrigerate till cool and set. Serve.
