Ingredients 2 1/2 cups full fat milk 1 tbsp corn flour 1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp instant coffee granules 1 cup cream Method 1) Dissolve the cornflour in 1/2 cup of cold milk. Boil the remaining milk. 2) Add the cornflour paste & simmer till it is a little thick around 3-4 mins. 3) Add the coffee mixed in 1 tbsp of hot water. Cool completely. 4) Add the cream to it & blend with a hand mixer. 5) If you have an ice cream maker, churn the ice cream in it. Or else chill the ice cream in refrigerator till almost set in a closed container. Make small pieces & blend it in a blender till smooth. Then keep to set till ready to eat.
