LEMON SOUFFLE

Ingredients :
Lemons - 2
Eggs seperated - 3
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Gelatine - 2 tsps
Milkmaid/ Condensed milk - 1/2 tin
Few Cherries for decoration

Method :
1) Squeeze the lemons and grate the rind of one lemon finely. Place the juice, rind, egg yolks & sugar in a dish over a pan of hot water & beat till creamy.
2) Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup warm water & add it to the lemon mixture along with milkmaid and beat till creamy.
3) Beat the egg whites till stiff & fold into the mixture above.
5) Pour in the dish and allow to set in fridge.
