Ingredients Margarine - 115 gms/ 4 oz Refined flour - 225 gms/ 7.9 oz Vanilla - a few drops Castor Sugar - 115 gms/ 4 oz Egg - 1 Method 1. Cream the fat and sugar till light and fluffy. 2. Add the flour and the egg with a few drops of vanilla adding a little at a time until the mixture is like a soft short bread mixture. 3. Put it in a biscuit forcing syringe and pipe it on to a greased baking tray. 4. Bake at 200 o C/ 400 o F for 15-20 minutes. Note: It can be made substituting 30 gms/ 1 oz of cocoa for 30 gms/ 1 oz of flour.
