STEAMED MANGO PUDDING Curds: 250 gms (thick) Milkmaid: ½ Tin Mangoes : 2 Rose water: ½ tsp Green cardamom: 1 METHOD 1) Make a puree of mango and blend with milkmaid, curd, rose water and Green Cardamom. 2) Steam in a lightly greased bowl in a Cooker or Hot pan till done and set. 3) Tap lightly onto a plate so that the pudding comes out. Serve chilled
