INGREDIENTS
2 cups granulated sugar 1/2 bunch fresh mint leaves, washed and drained 3 ½ cups water Juice of two lemons 1/3 cup orange juice few drops of green colour 1 cup whipping cream 1 egg white METHOD 1) Whip the whipping cream. Beat the egg white till stiff. 2 ) Heat the sugar, mint leaves and one cup water till sugar is dissolved on low heat for 25- 30 mins. Then strain and cool it. 3) Combine the mint mixture with the juice, remaining water and green colour. Place in freezer and partially freeze. 4) Fold the whipped cream and egg white together. Open freezer container and mix it in the mint mixture. Continue freezing till set.
