Ingredients All purpose flour/ maida 90 gms/ 3.17 ounce Powdered sugar 90 gms/ 3.17 ounce Eggs 3 Baking powder ¼ tsp Vanilla essence 1 tsp Method 1) Sieve flour with baking powder thrice. In a vessel, beat the eggs with sugar till peaks are formed. Add vanilla. Beat a little more. 2) Sprinkle flour above the egg mixture and mix with spatula , a little at a time. 3) Pour the mix in a greased and lined cake tin for about 15- 20 min or till a knife comes out clean at 180 o C./ 350 o F
