Ingredients

Milk                                         2 cups

Expresso coffee Powder           2 tsps

Sugar                                        1 Tbsp or to taste

Vanilla Ice cream                       2 Tbsps plus scoop

 Method

Blend milk, sugar, vanilla ice cream (2 tbsps) and the coffee powder in a blender or mixie.  Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle with coffee powder or cocoa over the ice cream for decoration. Serve chilled.
