2 cups milk
2 tsps expresso coffee powder
1 Tbsp (or to taste) sugar
4 tbsps plus a scoop of Vanilla Ice cream
Blend milk, sugar, vanilla ice cream (4 tbsps) and the coffee powder in a blender or mixie. Pour in individual glasses. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle with coffee powder or cocoa over the ice cream for decoration. Serve chilled.
