Ingredients Rawa / Semolina 1 cup Ghee / Clarified Butter slightly less than ½ cup Condensed milk ½ cup Raisins 10- 12 Cashewnuts chopped 2 Tbsps Water 2 cups Orange colour few drops Method 1) Heat the ghee in a heavy bottomed pan. Add the rawa and fry well till light brown on low flame. 2) Mix the colour in the water. Add the coloured water and when it is about to be soaked add the condensed milk and raisins and chopped nuts. 3) Stir well till the ghee starts leaving the sides of the pan. 4) Put the mixture on a greased plate/ Thali and cool. Garnish with raisins and nuts. Cut into squares when cool.
