Ingredients Egg 1 large All purpose Flour 1 cup Milk 3/4 th cup Sugar 1 Tbsp Vegetable oil 2 Tbsps Baking powder 1 ½ tsps Salt 1/4 th tsp Margarine/ butter/ Ghee Method 1) Beat egg until fluffy. Beat in remaining ingredients, except margarine/butter. 2) Heat a non stick pan. Add 2 tbsps fat. Pour 3 to 4 Tbsps of batter and move the spoon over it in circular motion to form a round pancake. Keep the gas mark on low; close the lid of the pan for a few minutes. Then remove lid and turn over the other side and cook again same way till golden brown. Serve with Maple syrup. TIP: For variation you may substitute the all purpose Flour with whole wheat Flour. OR you may add ½ cup of your favourite berries ( Strawberry, black berries or blue berries); OR add ½ cup chopped nuts in the batter.
