INGREDIENTS : Kokun Doodhi slices : 3 Cups (small squares or grated) Sugar free : 4 measures OR Sugar : 1 / 2 Cup Cardamom Powder : 1/ 2 teaspoon Milk : 3 Cups Salt : 1/4 teaspoon METHOD : 1. Peel the Kokundoodhi and cut into thin square shaped slices 2. Cook it in 1 Cup water till they are bit soft over low heat 3. Add the sugar/sugar free and the milk and stir. Cook for 5 minutes. Put off the gas. 4. Check the consistency you want of the kheer. Add Cardamom powder and salt and serve.
