For 1 cup whipped cream Beat ½ cup whipping (heavy) cream & 1 Tbsp powdered sugar in a chilled bowl with electric mixer on high speed until stiff.

For 1 ½ cups whipped cream Beat ¾ th cup whipping (heavy) cream & 2 Tbsps powdered sugar in a chilled bowl with electric mixer on high speed until stiff.

For 2 1/3 cups whipping cream Beat 1 cup whipping (heavy) cream & 3 Tbsps powdered sugar in a chilled bowl with electric mixer on high speed until stiff.

Flavoured Sweetened whipping cream

Beat 1 cup whipping (heavy) cream & 3 Tbsps powdered sugar in a chilled bowl, & any one of the following ingredients, with electric mixer on high speed until stiff.

1 tsp Grated lemon or orange peel
1 tsp Vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon/ ginger / nutmeg
½ tsp almond/ peppermint extract.
½ tsp rum / liqueur flavoring
¼ tsp maple/corn syrup flavoring.
