Cookie Ice cream

Ingredients:
Choc chip cookie / chocolate cookie 2
Vanilla ice cream 1 scoop

Method:
1) Take one Cookie. Put a scoop (or two) of rich & creamy vanilla Ice cream on it. Top with another cookie. Press. Serve with cherries or any fruits of your choice. Wrap each individually in foil paper. Eat immediately or freeze.
2) You may crumble some cookies. And roll it over the sides of the scopped ice cream & serve.

Note: You may also use frozen yogurt mixed with some chopped fruits. & place it in between two cookies , instead of vanilla Ice cream. Njoy.

Biscuit Tortoni
Vanilla Ice cream 1 Cup
Brandy 1/2 Tbsp
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Chocolate cookies crushed 4

Method:
1) In a bowl, blend the ice cream, brandy & almond extract, until creamy.
2) In a cup cake tin, line with muffin paper. Put some ice cream mixture. Sprinkle some crushed cookies. Top with a cherry. Freeze & serve.
