Ingredients: 3 cups Milk 1 cup Fresh pineapple grated 2 Tbsp Sugar A few strands Saffron 1/2 tsp Cardamom Nuts chopped (optional) as desired. Method: 1) Keep some milk aside and boil the remaining milk in a heavy saucepan, till it reduces to half of its quantity. In the milk kept aside, add saffron. Add this to the milk. Add the cardamom powder & chopped nuts. Mix well & Cool. 2) Cook the grated pineapple with sugar in a saucepan till soft, stirring continuously for 4-6 mins on low flame. Cool. 3) Add to the milk mixture. Mix well. Serve chilled garnished with pineapple pieces.
