MANGO MOUSSE

Ingredients: Mango pulp 1 1/4 cup Sugar 4 Tbsps Fresh cream 3/4th cup gelatin 1 Tbsp
Method: 1) Mix mango pulp & sugar. Add the gelatine to 1/4th cup cold water. Heat it & stir till it dissolves well. Add to the pulp. 2) Keep the mixture in a vessel kept over ice & with a hand blender, blend till thick. 3) Add the cream & blend alittle more. Put in a wetted mould & regrigerate. When set unmould & decorated with mango slices
