STRAWBERRY SYRUP
3/4th cup water
3 tsp cornflour
6 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp strawberry Essence
Few drops Red colour
2 tbsp Strawberry pulp mashed or Lemon juice

METHOD:
1) Cook water, cornflour & sugar in a saucepan , till it coats the back of a spoon.Cool.
2) Add colour, essence & strawberry/Lemon juice. Reserve.

TO MAKE THE ICE CREAM SODA

1) In a tall soda glass, Put 1/4th cup milk. Add 3 Tbsps strawberry sauce.( U may substitute with ready made strawberry syrup too). Stir well.
2) Add two scoops strawberry ice cream. Then add chilled club soda on top. Enjoy.

VARIATION:

CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM SODA
Same procedure as above. Put 1/4th cup milk. Add 2 Tbsps light corn syrup & 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder. Stir well.(you may vary the ingredients to suit your taste). Then add two scoops of vanilla or chocolate ice cream. Add chilled soda on top.
