INGREDIENTS : Beaten Rice/Poha : 1 Cup Whole Milk : 4 cups Sugar or Sugar free : 1/2 Cup or as per taste Cardamom : 4-5 Cashewnuts/Almonds: Chopped 3 tablespoons METHOD : 1. Wash the beaten rice and drain out the water. Keep aside covered for 15 minutes. 2. Boil milk. Reduce it slightly. Add the poha to it and cook it over low flame, till poha is soft. 3. Add the sugar / sugar substitute, cardamom powder, nuts chopped fine and stir. Serve.
