6 Pears (peeled)
2 sticks Cinnamon
2 Tbsps sugar
1 Tbsp Orange rind
4 ounce/ 120 gms Milk chocolate /dark chocolate
1/3rd cup plus 1 tbsp Whipping cream
1) Peel 6 ripe, but firm pears. Keep in a saucepan half filled with water. Add all the dry ingredients, close the lid & keep to poach for 20-25 mins on low flame. Check in between to see if done. Then remove from the saucepan.
2) To make sauce, chop the chocolate into small pieces. Heat the whipping cream over low flame in a saucepan & then pour it over the chopped chocolate. Blend well to make a sauce.
3) Serve the sauce with the poached pears.
