INGREDIENTS : Condensed Milk : 1 tin (400 gms)/14.11 ounces Vermicelli (Seviyan) : 50 gms/ 1.76 ounces Raisins : 4 tablespoons Cashew nuts & Almonds (blanched) & chopped : 4 tablespoons Milk : 1 Cup Ghee / clarified butter : 2 tablespoons Milk powder : 1 teaspoon (mixed in a little milk) Cardamom powder : 1 teaspoon METHOD :
1. Fry the seviyan in ghee till slightly brown. 2. Add the milk and milk maid and cook till vermicelli is soft and the porridge is of the right consistency. 3. Add nuts and raisins and cardamom powder. Mix and serve.
