Fruit Crisp

Ingredients 1 cup sugar, white or brown 3/4 cup flour 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup cold butter 4 cups fruit, pared and sliced 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 to 2 tablespoons water
Method Prepare fruit. Place in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Mix in cinnamon and lemon juice.
Place sugar, flour and salt in the bowl of a food processor. Process for 10 seconds. Add cold butter that has been cut into pieces. Process briefly to make a crumbly mixture.
Top the fruit with the crumbly mixture. Bake at 375 degrees until fruit is tender and bubbly, about 1 hour.
