INGREDIENTS : Wheat flour : 2 Cups Jaggery : 3/4th Cup Water : 1 Cup Coconut shredded : 1 Cup Salt : 1/4 teaspoon Ghee Green chilli- 1
METHOD : 1. Mix wheat flour with water and jaggery. Add salt. Make a thick batter. 2. Heat tawa. Put some ghee on it. Take 2-3 tablespoons batter. Using your hands spread it to make a circular disc, using little water over hands. Close the vessel. 3. Let it cook over low flame. After 5-6 minutes turn it over. Pour a little ghee around the pancake. Cook the other side. Serve hot.
