APPLE SAUCE

Ingredients
2 cups Apple syrup
1 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsps custard powder

Method
Chop the apples & cook the apples with sugar till soft. Let it cool & then remove its syrup, till you get around 2 cups. Add custard powder when cool.

HOMEMADE SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK

Ingredients
1 cup dry milk
2/3rd cup sugar
1/3rd cup boiling water
3 Tbsp melted butter

Method
combine in a blender & blend untill smooth. Makes 1- 1/4 cups. keep in Ice box


HOW TO MAKE EVAPORATED MILK

2/3 rd cup Dry Milk to 1 cup water = 1 cup evaporated milk

1/3 rd cup Dry milk to 1 cup milk = 1 cup evaporated milk
