COOKIE CRUSTS

Cookie crust
2 cups crushed chocolate cookies/ digestive/ others
3/4th cup melted butter
Heat oven to 375o F/190 o C. Combine the butter & cookies in a medium bowl & mix well. Firmly press the crumb mixture evenly into the bottom & sides of a 9 Inch pie plate. If recipe asks, bake for 8 mins. Cool before serving. Or else can be simply chilled and used for cold desserts.
