Ingredients 6 plums 5 Tbsps sugar 1 tsp lemon juice 2 Tbsps chopped nuts (cashewnuts or walnuts) 2 Tbsps Raisins Method 1) Peel & deseed the plums. Cut into quarters. In a heavy bottomed pan, add the plums, Sugar & lime juice. Add the raisins & nuts & 1/2 cup water. Cook on low for about 15-20 mins till soft & thick. 2) Can use as a conserve or sauce as a topping for ice creams or cakes.
