Strawberries & Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 tbsp liquid honey
1 Tbsp fresh mint, chopped
1/4 tsp lemon peel, zested
Fresh whole strawberries
Method
This treat can be prepared ahead of time and served when you are ready. Combine all ingredients except the strawberries. Refrigerate until you are ready. Use small bowls for dipping. Excellent light dessert.
