Molten chocolate cake

Serves 7-10
Ingredients 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter; plus more for ramekins 1/2 pound dark chocolate 2 3/4 cups confectioners sugar 3/4 cup flour; plus more for ramekins 4 eggs 4 egg yolks Ice cream, for garnish
method Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter and chocolate together in microwave. Whisk together until combined. Mix confectioner's sugar and 3/4 cup flour in large bowl. Mix eggs and egg yolks together in separate bowl. Add eggs to flour mixture, and stir well. Then add chocolate-butter mixture. Mix with a whisk until fully combined. Butter and flour 7 to 10 (4-inch) ramekins, or use disposable aluminum muffin cups. Fill each ramekin 3/4 of the way with chocolate mixture. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Baking time will vary depending on your oven and the type of mold you use. The cakes are done when the edges are set but the center is still a little wobbly. Invert onto serving plates; serve warm with a scoop of ice cream.
