INGREDIENTS : Mangoes - 1/2 kg/17.64 ounces Sugar - 1/2 kg /17.64 ounces Milk - 1/2 ltr Mixed nuts - 2 tbsps METHOD : 1. Peel the mangoes and extract the pulp. Mash it and pass it over a sieve. 2. Check the amount of pulp and put some quantity of water and cook it over low fire in a heavy bottomed pan. 3. Boil sugar in little water and make a thick syrup. 4. Add the sugar syrup to the mango mixture. Add milk. Stir continuously. 5. Keep it to boil till the mixture thickens. Garnish with nuts.
