ICE CREAM FANTASY

Ingredients
For 1 glass
3 parts vanilla ice ceam
1 part cold milk
2-3 tbsps crush (strawberry, orange, pineapple etc) plus more for topping
Method
Mix vanilla icecream (softened) plus milk plus crush in a blender. Top with swirls of crush/ syrup. Serve cold.
Tip: Serve this drink the next time your guests drop in, this simple dessert is sure to be loved by all.
You may mix a tbsp of Grand Marnier or Rum for a different taste. Or blend in your favoourite lime or strawberry sorbet.
