INGREDIENTS : 6 Ripe Rajayi Bananas (the long yellow ones) 3/4 th cup Sugar 4 to 5 Cardamoms a few Saffron strands 1 tbsp Ghee 1 1/2 cups Water METHOD : 1. First keep 1 1/2 cups water to boil in a heavy bottomed pan. Add sugar to make sugar syrup. 2. Chop the bananas thinly (like wafers) into round circles. Add it to the syrup above. 3. Let it cook over low flame for 10-15 minutes. Then add the cardamom powder or the saffron soaked in little water. 4. Add 1 tbsp ghee and mix. Remove from fire and serve hot.
