Egg Mayonnaise Ingredients 2 eggs 2 table spoon white vinegar 1 tea spoon crushed black pepper 2 tea spoon mustard paste 1 tea spoon salt 400 ml olive or salad oil METHOD Separate egg white and yolk and keep the egg yolk in a dry bowl. Mix crushed pepper and mustard with the yolk. In the beginning, add oil drop by drop stirring continuously in the same direction with equal motion. Then start pouring the remaining oil slowly and keep stirring with same pace and as it thickens, add few drops of vinegar. Keep adding oil till the whole of it gets absorbed. In between keep adding vinegar. Tip to make it easily at home : • Always use oil at room temperature. Stir using a whisk. First arrange all the ingredients then start working • After finishing store in refrigerator and keep the vessel totally covered so that it can be stored for longer. Veg. Mayonnaise Ingredients ½ cup sunflower oil 1 cup soya milk 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave nector ¾ tea spoon salt 2 table spoon apple cider vinegar or lime juice ½ tea spoon mustard paste METHOD Combine all the ingredients together in a blender except vinegar or lime juice. After it is done, slowly mix vinegar or lime juice until the liquid thickens.
