SIP SEASONAL FRUIT BLENDS



KIWI DAIQUIRI

Ingredients
30 ml white rum
30 ml kiwi liqueur
60 ml kiwi juice
15 ml lime juice
10 ml sugar syrup
4 cubes of ice

Method
Blend all ingredients together in a blender and pour into a sugar rimmed cocktail glass.


PERU PYALA

Ingredients
60 ml vodka
160 ml Guava juice
5 dashes of Tabasco sauce
4 cubes of ice

Method
Stir all ingredients together in a mixer and pour into a salt rimmed roly-poly glass.


TROPICAL COCKTAIL

Ingredients
60 ml white rum
Fresh pulp of 3 litchis
5 slices of lime
6-7 sprigs of mint leaves
10 ml sugar syrup
4 cubes of ice
180 ml coconut water

Method
Muddle all other ingredients together in a big wine glass and top it up with the coconut water.

FROZEN MUSK MELON

Ingredients
150 ml musk melon pulp
60 ml vodka
60 ml sugar syrup
30 ml melon syrup
10 crushed ice cubes

Method
Blend all ingredients together with the crushed ice in a blender. Scoop the frozen melon into a rock glass and top with a cherry.
