Ingredients 60 ml white rum Fresh pulp of 3 litchis 5 slices of lime 6-7 sprigs of mint leaves 10 ml sugar syrup 4 cubes of ice 180 ml coconut water Method Muddle all other ingredients together in a big wine glass and top it up with the coconut water.
