Ingredients : 1/2 cup butter or margarine 2 cups sugar 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 1/2 cups milk 2 cups flour 5-6 cups sliced peaches
Method : Grease a large baking pan. Melt better, and mix with sugar, baking powder, milk and flour. Press into the pan, reserving some of the mixture to sprinkle on top. Then pour the peeled, sliced peaches on top. Sprinkle the remaining dry mixture over the peaches. Bake at 325 degrees until golden brown. If desired, serve with ice cream or milk.
