COCOA FUDGE Ingredients
- Condensed milk : 1 Tin (400 gms/ 14.1 oz)
- Cashewnuts : 100 gms/ 3.5 oz
- Cocoa powder : 1/2 cup
- Butter : 50 gms/ 1.75 oz
- Chocolate essence : 1/4th tsp (optional)
- Sugar : 3/4 th cup
Method : 1 Put the condensed milk, butter, sugar, cocoa powder into a thick bottomed pan. 2.Keep on low heat. Add nuts. Stir continuously so that the chocolate does not stick to the bottom of the pan 3.Stir till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan (around 20-22 mins.) 4.Pour into a greased plate. Ingredients
- 3/4th cup dark chocolate chopped
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4th cup crushed digestive biscuits
- 1/4th cup condensed milk
- 1/2 cup mixed nuts chopped
- Butter for greasing
Method : 1.Grease a 6 by 6 square cake tin with butter. 2.Combine the chocolate and butter in a bowl and melt over a double boiler till it becomes a smooth sauce. 3.Remove from fire. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. 4.Pour into greased tin and refrigerate till set. Cut into square pieces. Serve chilled.
