For Tart 100 gm butter 50 gm icing sugar 150 gm flour Yolk of 1 egg METHOD Make the dessert with egg yolk and sugar. Add egg yolks and butter, stirring constantly. Then add lemon rinds till the mixture becomes thick and set aside in refrigerator. Pipe with nozzle and garnish with candied lemon wedges and chocolate cigar. Exotic Fruit Tart

Method Layer the tart shell with melted chocolate. Arrange the fruits in the tarts. Glaze it by fruit gel.
