Ingredients 120 gm/ 4.25 oz unsweetened cocoa powder 80 gm/ 2.8 oz dark chocolate slab 150 gm/ 5.3 oz brown sugar 2 cinnamon sticks ¼ tsp ground nutmeg 2 pods cardamom 4 cloves 650 ml / 2.75 cups warm milk 150 ml / 3/4th cup hot water ½ vanilla pod or 1 tsp vanilla extract Method In a saucepan, combine the unsweetened cocoa, dark chocolate, brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg and vanilla pod. Blend the hot water into the mixture and bring to a boil. Stir continuously for four minutes and add milk. Serve hot.
