A good old ice cream float is the easiest drink to make. Choose the right liquid & pair it up with a single flovoured ice cream. serve it in a suitable glass for great presentation.

* Put a Scoop of coconut ice cream in a tall glass & top it with mango ice cream.
* A Scoop of bitter chocolate ice cream with a fizzy apple drink makes a great combination.
* Add 20 ml of pomegranate syrup to a glass of soda to make pomegranate soda. Pour this over a scoop of strawberry ice cream.

Try a SGROPPINO
You will need 15 crushed ice cubes, 100 ml sugar syrup and 100 ml lemon juice. Put all the ingredients in the mixer & blend ogether to get a frozen lemon sorbet.
 Make a strawberry sorbet in the same way (just replace lemon juice with strawberry juice) & serve it on top of the lemon sorbet. Top it with champagne or sparkling wine.
