INGREDIENTS : Cashewnuts : 1 Cup Milk : 1 / 2 Cup Sugar : 2 Cups Water : 1/2 Cup Ghee : 1/2 Cup Cardamom Powder : 1/2 teaspoon METHOD : 1. Soak the cashewnuts in water for 1-2 hrs. Then grind it with half a cup of milk in a mixie. Make a coarse paste. 2. Make a syrup of sugar, adding 1/2 cup of water on medium heat. When the syrup is of thread consistency slowly add the cashewnut paste. Stir continuously. Add the ghee little by little on low flame. 3. When the mixture leaves the sides of the pan. Add the cardamom powder. Pour on a greased thali. Cool. Cut into pieces.
