Powdered sugar frosting for cinnamon rolls

Elizabeth Laney of West Mountain frosts her prize-winning cinnamon rolls with the following glaze. What's she going to do with her prize money? Among several options, she said, "Maybe we'll just go out to eat at Chef's Table!"
Powdered Sugar Frosting
Frosts 24 rolls
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 pounds (or more) powdered sugar
Heat cream in microwave until warm. Add vanilla, then whisk enough powdered
sugar to make a thin, but spreadable, frosting. Brush frosting on cinnamon
rolls quickly, covering generously and completely.
