ABM Favorite Cheese Bread

Ingredients
1/2 lb. 2 lb. Ingredients
1 1 1/4 cups water
3 4 cups white bread flour
1 2 tablespoons sugar
1 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 2 tablespoons powdered buttermilk
1/4 1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 2 tablespoons dried chives
1 2 tablespoons dry ranch salad dressing mix
1 1 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
Select loaf size.
Add ingredients to machine according to manufacturer's directions.
Select basic white bread cycle.
NOTES : For 1 1/2 pound loaf, machine pan must have capacity of 10 cups or more.
for 2 pound loaf, machine pan must have capacity of 12 cups or more.
