Ganache

ingredients 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream 1.5 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Method Place the heavy cream in a sauce pan and bring to a full simmer. Place chocolate chips in mixing bowl, pour hot heavy cream over chips (all at once) and briskly stir with a wire whip until incorporated.
NOTE: The ganache must be used while it is still slightly warm. DO NOT attempt to hold ganache in the cooler for later use or store at room temp for next day's use
